Should I write or for ever hold my peace?

I nearly forgot about this blog... till I fell down the stairs and broke my heel, the calcaneus, a fracture only made by stupid man who fornicate adulterous wives and then need to jump out the window... Being a woman, I'm seriously vexed and embarrassed altogether...

Anyway, since I'm condemned to the wheelchair for at least another four to six months, I might as well revive this blog with some thoughts...

Spirit + Ratio = Insight

School Voor Astrologie: has been teaching insight into human nature since 1989. School Voor Astrologie is settled in a renovated country house amidst cornfields and at only 10 kilometres from Ghent. It is a meeting place for spirit, ratio and art of life. Courses and consultations mainly focus on social relationships.

Philosophy: Astrology is total science and Horoscopy is the diagnostic tool.

Leitmotiv: Astrology is no belief or religion, horoscopy is not a guessing game. Knowledge and insight are a must. Responsibility for one’s words and actions is obvious.

Method: PsychoAstrology is a transparent, practical combination that allows us to point out talents and possibilities, and to detect and unravel certain tangles. Astrophilosophy and horoscope techniques can be learned in a modular system. On average it takes a student 3 to 5 years to acquire the knowledge.

Goal: We stimulate student and client to build up well thought-out ethical vision of life and especially to live by it.

Eline Rootsaert writes and teaches Modules on PsychoAstrology and organises weekly case studies on items such as: Parental Complexes, Relationships, AstroNumerology & AstroTarot.

Rinus Verpraet writes and teaches modules on Medical Astrology, Aromatherapy and Astronomy for astrologers.

ProfSVA is a title that is given to professionals who completed the modules on PsychoAstrology and who subscribed to the deontological code of the School Voor Astrologie.

ASTROLOGIE, scientia materna

"Astrologie is zo oud als de straat."

"Er zijn meer Astrosites dan bomen in het Amazonewoud..."

Horoscopen zijn al gauw het excuus om boosdoeners aan te wijzen: verkeerde partners, verschrikkelijke schorpioenmannen, pietpeuterige maagdvrouwen, koppige stierkinderen, roddelende schoonmoeders, labiele vissencollega's, .... allemaal de schuld van die onheilspellende planeten.... 

Wijze Mensen gruwen bij dat soort onzinnigheden. Horoscooprubriekjes en de hele keukenastrologie verwijzen zij naar de prullenmand. En terecht!

Astrologie is geen geloof en voorspellingen zijn quatsch! Hemellichamen veroorzaken net zo min gebeurtenissen als een klok tijd veroorzaakt.

Astrologie is scientia materna, de moeder der wetenschappen en in de eerste plaats een filosofie om inzicht te vinden. Horoscopie is een doeltreffende diagnostische techniek om iemands basisstructuur te analyseren; daarmee talenten tot mogelijkheden te maken.

Spirit + Ratio = Inzicht: dat is het leidmotief van School Voor Astrologie.
